Karon Davis

Karon is an operations leader with over 15 years’ experience scaling technology businesses and implementing systems and governance to support growth.

She specialises in building operational frameworks across people, process, and systems, spanning HR, compliance, legal, and organisational design.

She previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Codeplay Software, supporting its scale-up from 8 to over 80 staff and contributing to investment rounds and acquisition. She holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Politics and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.

Stephen Clark

Stephen is a software architect and technology entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience delivering digital transformation for complex organisations.

He specialises in translating business requirements into scalable, high-impact systems, from early-stage concept through to delivery and long-term operation. His work spans mobile platforms, enterprise web applications, and workflow automation, with a focus on practical solutions that drive immediate return on investment while enabling future growth.

He holds an MSc in Business IT Systems and is a certified Microsoft Solution Architect and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
